The Clothing Lounge Internship

Hey, I haven't disappeared don't worry, just been trying to find my feet and not fall over on my face due to stress.

After leaving university with a degree under my belt I immediately went on the hunt for work and found a great opportunity. I applied for a graphic design internship position at The Clothing Lounge and since then it's been great. Also the invaluable experience of working with Burns Pet Nutrition helped me through a lot of the job applications. Although I realise with the lack of posts and uploads you're probably wondering where I am or what I've been doing.

As much as I love this opportunity to work for the Clothing Lounge, this is an unpaid position, which I was fully aware of when applying for the position, but from what I can gather from Graphic design applications, they want experience within the industry. So The Clothing Lounge was a light in the dark for me.

Although I've been trying to establish a part time job as well, to make sure I have some sort of income and that was very difficult, before The Clothing Lounge there was a lot of bouncing around from job to job, and hundreds and hundreds of job application forms filled, with not much luck or replies.

Now that I've managed to find a stable environment I can focus on my work again, not to worry.
